Maybe if they reworked it again? The problem with this is that this would by proxy be a nerf to UI goku. We cannot actually have it on avatars cause then ultimate charge would be a worthless move. Ever since ultra pack 1, surging spirit was reworked to be ultimate charge but faster, instead of a reskinned maximum charge. Same with blue evolved Vegeta’s final charge. Surging spirit, and I’m not exaggerating, is literally ultimate charge but faster. His clothes likely won’t be available for us, there’s not even any evidence they will be.
